What Makes It the Scariest Escape Room in Dubai
Most "horror" escape rooms in Dubai are a normal room with the lights turned down and a skull on a shelf. Ours isn't. Insidious is the largest horror escape room in the city, built around live actors who move through the space with you, which is the single thing that separates a room that's genuinely scary from one that just looks the part. You're not solving puzzles at a desk. You're solving them while something in the room works against you.
Live Actors, Secret Doors and a Set That Fights Back
This is full-set horror: creepy decor you can touch, secret doors and tunnels that open where you don't expect them, and lighting and sound designed to keep you off balance. The layout hides things. The actors use it. Half the challenge is holding your nerve long enough to think straight, which is exactly the point.
What to Expect Inside (60 Minutes)
You get 60 minutes. A game master watches the whole run and feeds you hints if you're genuinely stuck, so you're never left staring at a wall for ten minutes killing the pace. The story pulls from the Insidious franchise, so you're the one walking into the dark, not watching someone else do it. Difficulty is a dial, not a fixed setting: we run it anywhere from mild to absolute horror depending on your group. Tell us where you want it before you start.
Horror Escape Room vs a Standard Escape Room
A standard escape room is a puzzle box. Fun, but you could do it half asleep. A horror room adds a variable you can't control, fear, and that changes how a group behaves. People who take charge in a normal room go quiet. People you didn't expect step up. If you want the version of an escape room you'll still be talking about next week, it's this one. If you want something gentle, book a standard room somewhere else. We'd rather tell you that than have you walk in expecting mild.
Who Can Play (and Who Shouldn't)
Players need to be 13 to 55. It's built for small groups, 2 to 10 people per room, so it works for friends, couples who want a real adrenaline hit, and teams. If someone in your group has a heart condition or genuinely hates being startled, this isn't the room for them, and that's fine. The intensity dial helps, but horror is the whole product here.

Pricing runs per person and drops as your group grows:
2 players:
AED 250 pp (+5% VAT)
3-4 players:
AED 200 pp (+5% VAT)
5 or more:
AED 170 pp (+5% VAT)
Larger groups get the lowest rate. Weekends and evenings book out first, so lock your slot in early.
